Questions about the box

What's inside each box?

Every box is built around a small handmade garment — a bib, a burp cloth or a soft cloth book — plus one natural-fibre accessory and a little toy or stuffed animal. Items change with the season, and each box is packed by hand.

How much does it cost and how often am I billed?

$29.99 per box plus $9.95 shipping, billed every month. You can pause or cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. Renewal date will always be the 5th of each month

How is shipping handled?

Boxes ship on the 20th of each month, and shipping is $9.95 within the US. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your box leaves the studio.

Can I cancel or skip a box?

Yes — you can skip a month or cancel anytime from your account. Skips must be made before the 1st of the month to apply to that month's box; cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes. At checkout you can add a gift note and send the box directly to the recipient. Gift subscriptions can be set for 12 boxes billed monthly to you, and the recipient won't see the price.

Can I return a box I don't love?

Yes — if something isn't right, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Are the items safe for my baby?

Yes. All items are made with baby-safe materials and are free from small detachable parts. Fabrics are soft, breathable and machine washable; toys are made with no loose buttons or beads.
